📋 Description

• Implement digitization projects for district, city, and municipal administrations together with your project team • Analyze and optimize processes related to our financial software and the associated departments • Provide process and organizational consulting in close collaboration with our clients and partners • Conduct user training following software implementation • Receive comprehensive, hands-on onboarding from a mentor, including seminars, webinars, qualified in-house training, and conferences • Work in a team-oriented environment with an independent, accountable area of responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Public Administration, or Economics, or vocational training as an administrative specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte) • Basic knowledge of accounting is desirable • Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting • Experience in project management (ideally gained through internships or working-student positions) • Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning • Independent working style, high self-motivation and strong organizational skills • Willingness to travel regionally • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
