📋 Description
• Lead and manage negotiation and execution of external client contracts • Provide strategic compliance advice to commercial operations • Review, draft, and consult on a variety of agreements • Act as a legal advisor to marketing, regulatory, and medical teams • Utilize expertise in managed care to influence supply chain management • Demonstrate proficiency in navigating payer contracting or provider-side environments • Work collaboratively to negotiate agreements with wholesalers
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience in healthcare contracting and vendor management • Proven background in managed care • Firm knowledge of privacy regulations including HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction • At least 5 - 8 years of legal practice experience
