📋 Description
• Handle Incidents, tickets and resolve issues related to ISU functionalities • Support during Go Live for Transport coordination • Configure SAP ISU moules in one of the areas specified above • Customize and implement complex billing solutions based on tariffs, time of use pricing/ energy regulations etc • Project planning and estimation activities • Act as the link between business and IT • Develop functional specifications • Strong understanding of integrations with other SAP modules like SAP FICA, MM etc
🎯 Requirements
• German language proficiency – C1 • Must have experience with the implementation of semi-annual changes in legal requirements from the German government. • Must have previous Operations experience in an ISU domain
