• Experience (Years): 10 & Above • ServiceNow platform engineering with ITSM Modules including Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Rot and Configuration Management and security / regulatory disciplines • Industry and project experience of 8+ years with ServiceNow • Experience of significant Service Now implementations which span ITSM and security / regulatory disciplines • Good understanding of ServiceNow capabilities • Strong experience working with ServiceNow platform essential modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, • GRC, SecOps, HR, IM, Service Requests Management with SLAs, Knowledge Management, Discovery) • Designing, engineering and configuring ServiceNow to automate internal Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes • Thorough knowledge on workflows, tables, script, flow designer and integration hub. • Excellent knowledge on Enterprise Security and Architecture, middleware and discovery technologies, database design schemas and data modelling • Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to manage development teams, customers and stakeholder expectations • Knowledge and experience of Infrastructure Operations, migration as well as ServiceNow Integration with Third party system. • Fluent in English (spoken and written). • Desirable Skills: • Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Project management and problem-solving expertise.• Business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
