📋 Description

‱ Support customer and territory growth. ‱ Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities across various markets. ‱ Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities. ‱ Analyze market trends and customer needs. ‱ Support customers and partners throughout the sales cycle. ‱ Establish and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers. ‱ Help customers evaluate solutions. ‱ Develop strong relationships with security integrators, distributors, consultants, architects, engineers, and technology partners. ‱ Manage multiple opportunities and projects. ‱ Coordinate resources to support customer success. ‱ Travel throughout the territory to support customers and partners.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. ‱ Minimum 3-5 years of successful business-to-business sales, business development, account management, or partner development experience. ‱ Proven ability to manage a geographic territory and build strong customer relationships. ‱ Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. ‱ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. ‱ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ‱ Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines. ‱ Demonstrated success working in collaborative, team-oriented environment. ‱ Experience engaging directly with end users and strategic accounts (preferred). ‱ Experience collaborating with consultants, architects, engineers, and design professionals (preferred).
