📋 Description

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions • Develop and maintain integrations within Copilot Service Workspace • Implement and configure the Channel Integration Framework (CIF) to embed and connect external applications • Develop frontend logic and custom behaviors using JavaScript/TypeScript • Work with the Microsoft APM SDK to enable application integration within the Dynamics environment • Ensure performance, usability, and maintainability of implemented solutions • Collaborate with backend and integration teams to ensure end-to-end functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service • Practical experience with Copilot Service Workspace • Practical experience with the Channel Integration Framework (CIF) • Practical experience with the Microsoft APM SDK • Strong JavaScript development experience in Dynamics environments • Ability to work on embedded/integrated applications within Dynamics (container-based approach) • TypeScript experience is desirable • Experience building custom UI integrations within D365 • Knowledge of frontend architecture patterns in enterprise applications
