• Build the marketing foundation: Define Axya’s positioning, messaging, and target segments within manufacturing and procurement. • Create impactful collateral: Develop high-quality presentation decks, customer one-pagers, case studies, and other materials that drive pipeline creation and expansion opportunities. • Own demand generation: Lead inbound (content, SEO, paid, social) and outbound (email, LinkedIn, ABM) campaigns, as well as co-marketing and event initiatives. • Develop field marketing: Plan and execute targeted conferences, executive roundtables, and other high-impact experiential events. • Optimize the funnel: Establish and monitor MQL → SAL → SQL definitions, track conversion metrics, and ensure high-quality lead flow to sales. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales and BDR teams to align campaigns, prioritize accounts, and refine messaging based on real-time market feedback. • Leverage tools & data: Manage Axya’s CRM/marketing automation stack (HubSpot preferred), maintain data integrity, and report on campaign performance. • Be both strategic and hands-on: Execute day-to-day tactics while laying the groundwork for scalable growth.
• Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally within manufacturing, procurement, or supply chain technology. • Demonstrated success in demand generation and pipeline building through inbound and outbound strategies. • Strong communication and storytelling skills: able to craft clear, compelling messaging and visuals. • Product marketing experience creating sales and marketing collateral such as decks, one-pagers, and campaign materials. • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and data-driven decision-making. • Strategic thinker who can execute tactically and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to take ownership of growth initiatives.
