• About Convene Board Portal Convene Board Portal is a leading SaaS B2B product designed to streamline and enhance the efficiency of board meetings and governance processes. • Our platform offers an intuitive, secure, and comprehensive solution for managing board meetings, documents, and decision-making processes. • As a Head of Sales focused on the KSA & GCC market, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Convene’s footprint across the region. • You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets. • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the market. • Should be able to handle a competitive team. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. • Work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and build a presence in the market. • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure client feedback is incorporated into product development.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Head, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role in the SaaS or tech industry, preferably with a focus on B2B products. • Strong understanding of the market and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. • Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services. • Proven ability to position products against competitors. • Demonstrable experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
