📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction to the Adult Specialty Sales Team. • Drive commercial execution and ensure alignment to brand strategy, field priorities, and organizational goals. • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Market Access, Sales Operations, and Medical Affairs to execute integrated commercial strategies. • Develop and implement national and regional sales plans, forecasts, and key performance metrics to drive revenue and market share growth. • Coach, mentor, and develop Regional Sales Directors and field leaders to build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Leverage data and analytics to assess market dynamics, identify opportunities, and optimize territory alignment and resource deployment. • Lead adult specialty customer engagement strategy, including key physician networks, specialty practices, and relevant stakeholders. • Collaborate with HR and Talent Development to build and sustain a high-performing sales organization through targeted recruitment, onboarding, and development programs. • Provide strategic input into new product launch plans, ensuring field readiness and strong execution. • Serve as a key member of the Adult Specialty leadership team, contributing to broader business strategy and decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience, with at least 4–5 years in a direct people-leadership role within specialty pharmaceuticals. • Proven success leading cross-functional commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Strategy). • Experience within specialty pharmaceutical markets such as neurology, cardiology, endocrinology, pain management, rare disease, or similar is strongly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams to achieve business objectives. • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to turn insights into actionable commercial strategies. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. • Ability to travel up to 60-70%
