📋 Description

• You'll play a pivotal role in managing our Accounting Department and overseeing its day-to-day operations. • Leading the Accounting Department team and ensuring efficient operations. • Conducting comprehensive financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and product costings. • Managing the company's costing system to ensure accuracy in the Financial ERP System. • Generating real-time and regular financial reports encompassing sales, labor, containment costs, and cost-reduction initiatives. • Ensuring compliance with all accounting procedures and financial policies. • Identifying areas for improvement within the Accounting Department and implementing necessary changes. • Maintaining accurate records of fixed assets and conducting GL reconciliations. • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote teamwork and accountability. • Provide actionable insights and financial models to support strategic decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent qualification. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the accounting field, with a strong understanding of local industry practices. • Professional Accounting designation (e.g., CPA). • Exceptional proficiency in handling ERP systems. • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
