📋 Description

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms. • Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools to uncover insights. • Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot GA4 to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. • Turn data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve campaign performance and ad spend efficiency. • Work closely with our Data Analyst to align marketing strategies with business goals. • Provide regular reports on KPIs and campaign outcomes to keep stakeholders informed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing digital ad campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), including setup, troubleshooting, and performance analysis. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights. • Experience in e-commerce or retail industries is required. • Strong consulting-style communication skills, able to engage clients and explain findings clearly. • Familiarity with marketing automation or creative campaign execution is a plus. • Data-driven and has a performance-focused mindset. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Can work in a fast-paced working environment.
