📋 Description

• Analyze business and customer needs and develop application-based solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex system issues, escalating when appropriate • Support reporting, analytics, system administration, and business application functionality • Liaise between end users, Information Technology teams, and external vendors • Participate in system implementations, testing, upgrades, maintenance, and process improvement initiatives • Create and maintain functional documentation, reports, and training materials • Lead or participate in project teams supporting departmental and enterprise-wide initiatives • Provide education and consultation on applications, processes, and compliance requirements • Maintain accurate databases, reporting tools, and system documentation • Potentially supervise staff • Provide functional expertise on moderately complex computer applications and system-wide accountability within the department or functional area

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related business discipline or computer science • 3 to 5 years of experience working with systems, serving as a functional application super-user, or providing consultative input for application usage or design • Strong knowledge of systems support, business applications, analytics, reporting, or supply chain operations • Excellent working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and/or database applications • Strong organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and human relations skills • Experience with system implementation and project management preferred • Experience with Workday preferred • Experience with GHX procurement and ordering platform preferred • Experience with Databricks reporting and analytics platform preferred • Additional related education and/or experience preferred
