📋 Description

• Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures protecting data, systems, and networks on premise and in the cloud • Guide team members in troubleshooting security and network problems • Respond to system and network security breaches • Enable appropriate security controls to protect organizational data and infrastructure • Guide vulnerability testing, scanning, and identification across networks and systems • Report and communicate with relevant organizational departments • Evaluate security needs and establish security best practices and standards • Design, implement, maintain, oversee, and upgrade security measures • Oversee responses to network and associated system security breaches • Troubleshoot network and security issues and incidents • Lead penetration testing activities • Ensure infrastructure and existing data remain secure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum 7 years of work experience • 7+ years producing clean, quality code in an object-oriented programming language such as Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript frameworks • Familiarity with cloud security deployment and implementation issues; AWS preferred • Experience manually auditing source code for security issues or programming skills • Ability to understand, replicate, and remediate OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and impacts • Experience with security proxies such as Burp, ZAP, or Fiddler • Experience defining enterprise security architecture standards • Knowledge of common API security risks, OAuth, and JSON Web Token (JWT) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and containerized architecture • Experience in information security operations, including vulnerability management, risk management, computer and network security, authentication and authorization, security protocols, and applied cryptography • Experience guiding implementation and support of information security policies, procedures, and security practices for company-wide computing and networking systems • Ability to train others in security procedures and incident resolution • OSCP, CSSLP, GWAPT, CISSP, eWPT, CEH, or similar security certification is a plus • Mobile app penetration testing experience is a plus
