• The Research Contract Analyst will be responsible for supporting the negotiation, drafting, and management of contracts related to clinical research studies. • This position requires a strong understanding of clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure that agreements comply with institutional policies, sponsor/funder obligations, and federal regulations. • The Research Contracts Analyst will work closely with clinical investigators, the Office of General Counsel, and external sponsors/funders to facilitate the timely and efficient execution of contracts that support clinical trials and research initiatives.
• Bachelors • Strong knowledge of clinical research contracts, regulations, and compliance requirements (FDA, ICH-GCP, HIPAA, etc.) • Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., ACRP, SOCRA) a plus, but not required. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and legally sound contract terms. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously. • Attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve complex legal and regulatory issues. • Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years
