📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes • Collect data, analyze workflows, configure systems, perform testing, and provide application support • Participate in application deployment and procedure documentation • Ensure software builds meet organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use • Act as project coordinator for medium-sized projects with medium budgets • Provide advanced knowledge of application software product features, functionality, and utilization • Monitor system effectiveness and performance, report critical findings, and resolve moderately complex problems • Participate in or lead disaster recovery initiatives • Review and test changes, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements, and new releases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or minimum four years direct experience in lieu of degree • Technical knowledge of all phases of application systems analysis • Technical knowledge of project management • Ability to provide advanced knowledge of application software features, functionality, and utilization • Ability to perform data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support • Knowledge of HIPAA and Meaningful Use requirements • Ability to coordinate medium-sized projects with medium budgets
