📋 Description
• Join the Family Nutrition Center Foundation as an Educator & Editorial Fellow • Help shape the future of nutrition education for children and families • Contribute to the development, editing, and integration of educational book content • Research and write content for new children’s book on school-age nutrition • Edit and refine story drafts with a focus on educational value and age-appropriateness • Develop accompanying resources such as plans, activity sheets, or parent guides • Review existing book content for accessibility and accuracy in digital formats • Collaborate with illustrators, marketing team, and outreach leads to align on messaging
🎯 Requirements
• Graduate student or upper-level undergraduate in Education, Public Health, Creative Writing, or related field • Strong editorial and writing skills with a focus on clarity and engagement for young readers • Experience developing curriculum or educational materials a plus • Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Canva, or Quark/EPUB platforms is helpful
