• Develop and enhance data-driven ingredient distribution consolidation programs that support customer growth, operational optimization, and profitability goals. • Conduct deep quantitative analysis of sales, pricing, and purchasing data to identify consolidation opportunities and develop actionable insights for the sales and strategy teams. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Product Management to align program strategy and ensure execution readiness. • Design and maintain sales enablement tools and reporting dashboards that empower commercial teams to identify opportunities, track program performance, and communicate value to customers. • Support pricing and profitability initiatives by developing cost-to-serve models and consolidation impact assessments. • Create customer-facing presentations and business cases that clearly communicate the financial and operational benefits of consolidation. • Monitor and report on key program metrics, including efficiency gains, sales impact, and customer adoption, to drive continuous improvement. • Engage in supplemental analytical projects and reporting activities in support of the Strategic Accounts team, as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, commercial analytics, business strategy, or a related analytical role within distribution environments • Proven ability to analyze large, complex data sets and translate insights into strategic recommendations • Strong knowledge of data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Power Query, or similar) • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or Tableau for data analysis a plus • Excellent communication—able to translate data into compelling narratives for business audiences • Strong project management skills with the ability to influence across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Deep understanding of sales processes and go-to-market strategy preferred.
