📋 Description

• Responsible for developing and driving demand generation for the franchises under their responsibility. • Ensure correct implementation of marketing tools and the commercial strategy. • Maintain target coverage of client and professional panels, as well as the appropriate frequency and sequence of contacts. • Achieve demand generation objectives in their region. • Serve as technical support for the standardization processes of the franchises. • Expand existing accounts to meet individual or team targets within a given territory. • Coordinate, together with other stakeholders, product or therapy usage presentations, educational activities, and clinical presentations. • Deliver customer training to enable the safe and effective prescription, inclusion, and use of Baxter products. • Gather and maintain data on the market, industry, customers, and competitors, providing feedback and recommendations to the business unit. • Participate in conventions, conferences, product launches, and other educational activities. • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Biological Sciences, Nursing, Physiotherapy, or a related field. • Postgraduate qualification in complementary areas preferred. • Willingness to travel; based in Porto Alegre and covering Brazil’s three southern states. • Previous experience in Medical Devices and/or the Pharmaceutical industry. • Proven knowledge and experience in: • Sales analysis and planning • Sales process management • Product and therapy knowledge • Territory management • Sales and negotiation skills • Relationship management • Intermediate English preferred. • Basic Spanish preferred.
