📋 Description

• Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, identify areas for improvement, and define the scope of solutions. • Developing comprehensive technical architectures that address business needs, considering factors like scalability, security, and integration. • Guiding and developing the implementation of solutions, working with the configuration teams, and ensuring alignment with architectural designs. • Assessing the effectiveness of solutions and making necessary adjustments to maximize business value. • Effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and fostering collaboration between teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10 plus years of software development experience with 2+ years of Solution Architecture • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree. An advanced degree is preferred but not required. • Experience managing geographically distributed teams. • Passion for software engineering and solving complex business challenges. • Proven results in delivering platform products. • Demonstrated strength in leading all phases of the Product Lifecycle, from understanding business needs to Cloud operations. • Experience with Solartis, Velocity, Qlik and Unqork (CaaS) preferred • Experience in cloud services, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft suite, Office365; focus on Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. • Ability to work effectively within a decentralized operating environment. • Superior prioritization and multi-tasking abilities • Superior communication skills include connecting with and listening to all levels of the organization and across all functions.
