📋 Description

• Support TRM consulting engagements, including travel risk management program assessments, gap analyses, and maturity reviews • Assist in preparing and delivering client-facing reports, presentations, and executive summaries • Support thought leadership content such as webinars, client briefings, articles, whitepapers, and conference presentations • Work with Global Crisis Management colleagues to align crisis response capabilities and TRM program design • Provide TRM expertise to Sales, Program Management, and Client Management teams during RFPs, client renewals, and solution design discussions • Conduct research and analysis on TRM standards, regulatory expectations, and industry benchmarks • Maintain awareness of global risk trends and collaborate with crisis operations colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or academic background in Risk Management, Travel Risk Management, Security Studies, International Relations, or a related field • Strong presence and TRM experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to communicate complex risk concepts clearly • Analytical skills to assess programs, identify gaps, and develop structured recommendations • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Familiarity with Travel Risk Management frameworks, duty of care concepts, and industry standards such as ISO 31030
