📋 Description

• Develop and configure Stories in People Analytics using SAP SuccessFactors • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand reporting requirements • Translate business needs into interactive dashboards and visualizations • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports • Provide training and documentation to end-users • Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors reporting enhancements and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially in People Analytics Stories • Strong understanding of HR data structures and reporting needs • Experience with Workforce Analytics, Report Center, and Canvas Reports is a plus • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • SAP SuccessFactors certification (People Analytics) preferred
