📋 Description

• Responsible for day-to-day management of a travel consultant team • Manage key performance indicators (KPI) and workload • Provide assistance and coaching to team members • Actively coach and develop the team to meet and exceed performance targets • Provide the client with required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Maintain knowledge of necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.) • Monitor global distribution systems (GDS) queues daily to maintain quality control

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry • Relevant supervising experience • Advanced skills on GDS Sabre • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
