📋 Description

• Support senior attorneys in managing catastrophic injury litigation cases • Assist with legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents • Participate in case strategy sessions, trial preparation, and client communications under senior attorney guidance • Attend and assist with depositions, mediations, hearings, and arbitrations (virtually and in-person as needed) • Coordinate with experts, medical providers, and clients to support case development • Ensure all case documentation complies with legal and firm standards

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active California Bar license • 2+ years of litigation experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred • Strong legal writing and research skills • Prior experience with depositions, mediations, or motion work is a plus • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with senior attorneys and litigation teams • Client-centered approach with strong interpersonal communication • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
