📋 Description

• Lead and support the development of statistical analysis plans for clinical trials. • Perform power and sample size calculations. • Deliver clear and impactful presentations and data visualizations. • Lead and support the scientific and technical aspects of multiple concurrent studies. • Contribute to group-level processes and procedures. • Co-author scientific reports. • Write and review reusable, documented, tested code. • Leverage Beacon's products and your own subject matter expertise to inform analysis planning and execution. • Dig into large, messy, unfamiliar datasets and harmonize them with Beacon's datastore.

🎯 Requirements

• You've spent multiple years in industry using your expertise in (frequentist) biostatistics to design and analyze clinical trials. • You're deeply familiar with statistical modeling, including interpretation and diagnostics. • You have substantial experience presenting analyses to external audiences of varied backgrounds. • You have experience writing and reviewing code in a shared, version-controlled codebase. • You're painfully aware that thoughtful data curation is a prerequisite to analysis results. • You love teamwork and recognize that people can achieve more together than individually. • You have excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills. • You stay calm and organized to meet tight deadlines amidst ambiguity. • You're familiar with and/or are excited to work with the technologies that power Beacon's data and reporting systems.
