📋 Description

• Define and execute product initiatives that contribute to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow automation. • Develop and manage product roadmaps that align with business objectives. • Act as a liaison between enterprise partners and internal teams. • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams. • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure solutions are scalable and reliable. • Analyze product performance data and user feedback to identify trends. • Support initiatives to optimize operational processes and leverage digital tools. • Track and analyze key product and business metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, business operations, or a related field. • Experience in insurance, insuretech, or fintech • Strong understanding of business processes, customer needs, and digital product development. • Strong ability to define and negotiate Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) • Ability to think end-to-end across business processes • Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to drive product decisions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. • Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, CRM systems, or automation tools is helpful but not required
