🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in software engineering, with a track record of delivering high-quality software. • Strong expertise in full-stack development or backend systems. • Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar web frameworks; Rails experience is strongly preferred. • Background in financial systems (e.g., accounting, billing, payment processing) is a plus. • Proficiency in designing scalable, high-performance software architectures. • Excellent problem-solving skills and technical leadership experience. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and align teams on key decisions. • Experience mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning. • Familiarity with modern engineering practices, agile methodologies, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
