📋 Description

• Deliver technical and product training to fleets and dealers. • Lead tire and solutions testing initiatives based on fleet needs. • Conduct regular yard checks and coordinate cross-functional resources. • Drive fleet initiatives, monitor progress, and report outcomes. • Execute OOSTA and scrap tire audits, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. • Collaborate with Strategic Account Teams and Dealer Management. • Analyze fleet data and provide actionable insights. • Support the Sales team represent the company in fleet meetings and QBRs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in fleet, automotive, or logistics operations. • 5 years of hands-on field operations experience desired, with a strong understanding of tire and telematics service delivery. • Demonstrated leadership and peer coaching skills, with the ability to guide and support junior teammates in the field. • Proven ability to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency while maintaining high safety and quality standards. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to serve as a liaison between field teams, account managers, and strategic partners. • Working knowledge of industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality control practices. • Proficiency in using operational tools and data platforms to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities. • Adaptable and proactive, with a track record of thriving in dynamic environments and responding effectively to shifting priorities.
