• Support in audits of paid social strategy across campaign structure, audiences, attribution, creative, account set-up, and testing strategies. • Review and then package findings and conclusions in concise Excel reports and in PowerPoint presentations to present to clients. • Execute the paid social strategy for emerging brand and multi-channel retailer clients including campaign execution, reporting and analysis in partnership with Sr. Analysts and Director of Social. • Manage agendas and ensure key insights are effectively communicated to the client in a timely manner. • Ensure all campaigns are managed within agreed upon budgets and cost per lead targets and that deadlines for promotion launches and campaign refreshes are consistently met. • Work with internal team to share learnings across clients for improved performance in both search and social. • Stay up to date on industry trends and ensure Belardi Wong is on the cutting edge of digital marketing strategy.
• Candidate must have 4+ years applicable experience. • Must be very proficient in Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Analytics, Google Looker, Excel and PowerPoint. • Meta Business Manager is the most critical. • Must be an expert in paid social. • Must have 2+ years in lead gen experience including campaign strategy, measurement and optimization. • Strong project and timeline management skills in terms of launching ads in accordance with multiple client’s brand calendars. • A self-starter with ability to be both self-directed and be willing to collaborate with the broader team. • Open to asking questions and the desire to learn and grow with the division.
