📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting relevant data points • Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures in the current economic landscape • Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines • Achieve budgeting goals through proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions • Support the development of short- and long-term operational strategies • Play a key role in implementing the organization’s new ERP system • Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements • Maintain internal control safeguards for revenue receipt, costs, team, and organizational budgets, and actual expenditures • Collaborate with the SVP Finance and CFO to establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards on a bi-weekly, monthly, and annual basis • Implement consistent accounting policies and practices across all programs, adhering to legal standards • Develop and enforce internal controls to protect company assets and optimize workflow • Provide dynamic leadership to the accounting team, fostering an environment of trust and productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field • 7+ years of proven accounting experience • CPA certification is required • Strong understanding of economic and banking processes • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel • Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior leadership • Self-directed with the ability to thrive in a virtual work environment
