• Belong is building a new system for the rental Home. • Homes are owned by regular people, not corporations, and renting finally feels human. • Our platform empowers homeowners to earn passive income without friction. • Helping residents build a great life in a rented Home. • You will own and scale the homeowner supply growth engine across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention. • You will work at the intersection of product, data science, design, marketing, and AI infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in product management with ownership over growth funnels, ideally in a B2C or marketplace company. • You’ve driven CAC down, LTV up, and activation time down with product, not just marketing. • You’ve shipped AI-powered product features and understand LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering. • You’ve built experiments with rigor and made hard calls with imperfect data. • You understand user psychology and can design onboarding flows that convert skeptics into champions. • You communicate clearly, lead cross-functional pods, and get things shipped. • You play to win.
