📋 Description

• Find the best: Proactively source high-quality vendors across multiple trades (painters,cleaners, photographers, handyman, etc.) across every market we operate in • Vet for quality: Review portfolios, check licenses and insurance, read between the lines—ensure each vendor meets our bar for quality, professionalism, and reliability • Negotiate smartly: Lock in competitive rates and scopes that align with our unit economics, while building strong, sustainable vendor relationships • Own the onboarding: Get vendors set up in our systems and tools (CRM, payments, SOPs), ensuring a seamless and standardized experience • Be a hub: Coordinate across Ops, Sales, and Support to prioritize sourcing requests, escalate coverage gaps, and communicate vendor availability and capabilities • Stay organized: Keep meticulous records of outreach, negotiations, and onboarding statuses—track everything so nothing falls through the cracks • Move fast: Operate with urgency while balancing long-term scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Vendor management, ops or sourcing. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and comfort using CRMs, spreadsheets and task management tools. • Full Availability.
