📋 Description

• Serve on the front line of the Security Operations Center supporting major clients and partners; • Ensure service availability aligned with the expected service levels; • Act as the primary communication point for customers' critical issues; • Provide appropriate support to achieve and improve customer satisfaction; • Incident management: Responsible for customers' daily operations; • Responsible for detecting, mitigating and resolving issues related to DDoS attacks; • Be the front line in handling incidents and customer-raised concerns; • Participate in analyzing, reviewing and summarizing incidents for clients; • Collaborate with subject-matter experts in incident handling; • Ensure proper handling of tickets; • Ensure all tickets are updated and handled according to the SOC's defined incident management process; • Ensure all tickets are properly recorded to prevent gaps; • Monitor events from email, platform and chat modules.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; • Advanced English level for ongoing communication with a global team; • CCNA / JNCIA certification is a plus; • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Security Operations Center; • Knowledge of DDoS attack types is a plus; • Experience in Information Security; • Knowledge of TCP/IP, IGPs, BGP, GRE and DNS; • Experience with BGP and performance tuning; • Experience in planning, configuring and troubleshooting service provider (SP) networks; • Experience and knowledge of DDoS mitigation technologies and solutions; • Solid understanding of modern Internet technologies and business.
