Come and be part of a fun, collaborative, supportive, motivated, and data-driven team creating the first scalable and integrated model in mental healthcare for kids and teens. • We are looking for a part-time, Neuropsychologist passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This position reports to the Director of Neuropsychology. • Work with youth, ranging from young children to young adults, and their families by providing neuropsychological evaluations. • Interpret a wide variety of psychological / neuropsychological test batteries, with occasional administration of tests. • Serve as a subject matter expert on the use and interpretation of neuropsychological tests. • Supervise and oversee the work of the patient’s assigned psychometrist. • Collaborate with the patient's care team (psychiatrist, care manager, and/or mental health wellness coach) on their care plan. • Have proven results in working with others. • Be comfortable with analytics, detail-oriented, and process-focused. • Comfortable completing virtual sessions, asynchronously or synchronously. • Team-oriented, high energy and driven for results.
• Doctorate degree in Psychology from an American Psychological Association accredited doctoral program • One year predoctoral internship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred • Two year postdoctoral fellowship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred • An equivalent combination of experience, supervision or, training will be considered on a case-by-case basis • Licensed in California or New York preferred • PSYPACT authorization also preferred • Experience in conducting testing virtually • Have a passion for helping improve the lives of youth and their families • Familiarity with online web-based applications • Experience working in virtual office situation • Solid reading and writing skills in English • Possess effective therapeutic communication skills
