📋 Description

• Process and route sales leads to the appropriate team members • Support trade show follow‑up, including literature and sample delivery • Assist sales staff through outbound phone contacts as needed • Maintain and update sales data, reports, and records • Perform data entry to track sales literature, samples, and services • Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and relay messages • Respond to routine product questions and escalate when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; 2‑ or 4‑year college degree preferred • 3–5 years of experience in customer service or sales support • Strong telephone, written communication, and computer skills • Proficiency with databases and word processing tools • Highly organized, dependable, detail‑oriented, and resourceful • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment • Team player who can also work independently
