📋 Description

• As the Senior Event & Experiences Manager, you’ll be responsible for strategizing, planning, executing, and measuring the success of Benevity’s in-person events portfolio — including local events, sponsored trade shows, and our annual flagship conference, Benevity Live. • You’ll play a key role in driving pipeline growth and deepening engagement with our clients and prospects, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a world-class experience that embodies the Benevity brand. • In addition, you’ll lead and mentor a small team of event professionals, fostering collaboration, creativity, and operational excellence. • You’ll provide strategic direction, set priorities, and ensure alignment across all event initiatives in support of Benevity’s growth goals. • This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with teams across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Operations, Sales (Land & Expand), and Customer Success to ensure events deliver measurable business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event planning, production, and execution — preferably within B2B SaaS (corporate giving a plus!). • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team, with a passion for developing people and fostering collaboration. • Proven ability to manage complex events end-to-end, with a focus on measurable business outcomes. • Strong understanding of event ROI and experience using data to guide strategy and reporting. • Exceptional organizational and project management skills; you thrive on juggling multiple priorities with precision and calm. • Deep client empathy and commitment to delivering a world-class attendee experience. • Collaborative and proactive communicator, comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and bringing internal stakeholders along. • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and event management platforms such as Cvent or Zuddl. • A creative problem-solver who brings new ideas and energy to every project. • Expected travel 25%; must be able to travel to the United States and Europe.
