• Partner with high-authority brands and build high-quality backlinks to support clients' growth and authority. • Involved in internal backlinking and guest posting program and responsible for multiple client deliverables. • Work within a collaborative link-building team to achieve collective goals. • Conduct thorough research and prospecting of websites to identify link-building opportunities. • Engage in outreach to establish and nurture relationships with relevant companies. • Assist with prospecting and research tasks to support link-building strategy. • Build partnerships with publishers, editors, and writers to secure high-quality backlinks for clients and Omniscient Digital web properties. • Maintain standards of excellence for links built to clients’ websites. • Curate relevant guest post topics for editorial partners and ensure content exceeds expectations. • Understand clients’ businesses and marketing goals to place relevant links. • Identify opportunities and implement solutions using AI and automations. • Work with project management and database tools to track outcomes and inputs. • Ensure guest posts and backlinks are delivered on time and with high quality. • Partner with Organic Growth Strategists and Editorial Leads to align backlinking strategy with client strategy development and changes.
• 2-3 years of experience with SEO, keyword research, and/or link building. • Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Notion, Asana, Loom, Google Analytics, and more. • High bar for quality; knowledge of red flags in SEO link building. • Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking. • Eagerness to seek feedback and learn. • Strong relationship and communication skills; comfortable jumping on calls. • Bias toward action; ability to make decisions quickly and iterate. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Proactive and flexible; able to take initiative. • Punctual and meets deadlines. • Team player and friendly demeanor.
