📋 Description

• Work with client leadership, BerryDunn economists, and actuaries to determine analytical strategies to answer key policy questions • Research and master specific details relevant to projects of federal, state, and private health care programs, including review of statutes and regulations • Research a wide range of health care policy and clinical subject areas to understand care delivery and technology • Identify data sources for analyzing specific questions and work with technical programming staff to specify data analyses • Work with actuaries to translate policy analysis into cost measurement and interpret results as they address policy questions • Draft reports summarizing analyses with clear, precise writing

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in health policy, public health, or related subject areas • A minimum of five years of experience working in healthcare policy-related content areas • Strong understanding of both commercial health insurance and Medicaid • Strong, demonstrated track record of outstanding written output, documented with writing samples • Experience working with technical staff and coordinating development of reports and similar work products
