📋 Description

‱ Leads new clients through the digital onboarding process ‱ Conducts training sessions to empower clients in utilizing our digital marketing tools and client dashboard effectively ‱ Specializes in setting up clients on our digital advertising products, ensuring configurations align with their unique business objectives ‱ Manages the follow-up process with clients and publishers to obtain the necessary account permissions before the campaign start date ‱ Provides early reporting to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing their digital advertising efforts ‱ Provides support for the team when permissions cannot be given to shift the client to a different product ‱ Act as the point of contact via call, text, or video for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations during the onboarding phase.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients. ‱ Familiarity with digital marketing reporting tools and experience conducting reporting calls. ‱ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations. ‱ Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities effectively. ‱ Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction. ‱ Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in digital marketing or at a digital agency. ‱ Previous digital account manager experience with the Meta platform. ‱ DSP experience ‱ Experience with Google Ads and Google My Business.
