📋 Description
• Own and manage home computing accessories marketplace category. • Drive P&L results through pricing, margin management, and commercial trade-offs. • Set and execute category strategy, including assortment, planograms, and ongoing optimization. • Manage and grow marketplace partner relationships. • Analyze market and industry trends to inform data-driven decisions. • Partner cross-functionally to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of category management experience in retail, e-commerce, or marketplace environments. • Strong commercial and P&L ownership, including experience with pricing, margin management, GMV, and profitability metrics. • Ability to manage both category strategy and vendor/accounts. • Analytical and market-driven mindset, using industry trends and performance data to guide decisions. • Strong relationship-builder and communicator, with solid negotiation skills.
