• Plan and develop learning solutions across a variety of formats including eLearning, multimedia, webinars, instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support resources • Partner with SMEs and cross-functional teams to identify key strategic priorities for training • Collaborate with leaders, SMEs and stakeholders to ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and aligned to strategic priorities • Design and develop learning solutions to support onboarding, development of personal, team, and leadership skills, product, systems, process, and sales development knowledge • Facilitate virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning programs • Coach presenters on facilitation and presentation skills
• 3+ years of combined experience working as a learning specialist with related formal training • Proficient in Adobe CC, Articulate 360, MS Office and MS Teams • Prior experience facilitating/presenting training programs in a corporate/retail environment • Applied experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and leadership teams • Experience managing digital content on Workday, Moodle or Blackboard • Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset; strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
