📋 Description

• Complete the 90-day NEO Academy training program • Learn mortgage fundamentals, loan structure, customer service, workflow and pipeline management • Gain exposure to mortgage Operations and Sales Support functions • Participate in real-world process training through “The NEO Way” • Gain hands-on experience with Tinman, NEO’s loan origination platform • Collaborate with teams and support borrower experience training • Build the foundation for a long-term career in mortgage • Potentially transition into a Junior Loan Specialist or Production Partner role based on performance, strengths, and business needs
