📋 Description

• Description • Better.com is growing and we are looking for an Analyst - Disclosure Audit to join our Post Closing team. If you are looking to make an impact alongside a collaborative team that is transforming the homeownership industry, check us out • Responsibilities • ·        Complete post-closing audit based on compliance guidelines set by CFPB • ·        Request post-closing final documents from settlement agents • ·        Escalate non-compliant loans to the manager with detailed explanation • ·        Communicate/coordinate with internal and external stakeholders • ·        Generate accurate and timely disclosures and ensure all regulatory requirements are met • ·        Review tolerance violations based on TRID (TILA RESPA Integrated Disclosure) guidelines and provide detailed reporting of cures determined • ·        Disclose accurate Post Closing Consummation Disclosure after necessary corrections • ·        Audit and Reconciliation of Compliance reports, Redisclosures and Closing Disclosures

🎯 Requirements

• Basic Qualifications/ Skill Sets • ·        High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus • ·        1+ years of mortgage experience, preferably in Post Closing and Closing Disclosure • ·        Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel • ·        Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines • ·        Effective communication and interpersonal skills
