• BetterHelp is on a mission to remove the traditional barriers to therapy and make mental health care more accessible to everyone. • As a Data Scientist at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy. • You will use data to drive insight into the product and business with a focus.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a data science role or relevant internships, ideally applying analytical skills to real-world problems • Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Math, Economics, or Operations Research • Familiarity with analyzing A/B tests or similar experiments through coursework or projects • Proficiency in SQL • Hands-on experience with data analysis, experiment design, and statistical methods through work, internships, or academic projects • Strong grasp of statistical concepts, especially around hypothesis testing and experiment design • Clear and thoughtful communicator, with a desire to keep improving how complex ideas are shared across different audiences
