📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive performance media strategy tailored to the Brazilian market, focusing on maximizing ROI and KPIs. • Plan, manage, and optimize digital media campaigns across multiple channels, including search (SEM), paid social, programmatic, and affiliate marketing. • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders. • Stay current with industry trends, market changes, and new technologies in the Brazilian digital landscape. • Manage media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and pacing to achieve business objectives. • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, data) to ensure media campaigns are fully integrated and aligned with business goals. • Negotiate with media partners and platforms to secure the best placements and rates.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Media Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on performance media. • In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian digital market, including consumer behavior, media consumption habits, and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape. • Expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on major digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads). • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards). • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Experience working with cross-country teams (cooperation with Argentina team).
