📋 Description

• You are responsible for our French customers and manage all customer communications • You introduce innovative payment processes for automotive dealer groups and other industries • You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely and on-site) in the use of our product • You identify potential stumbling blocks in onboarding projects and resolve them in coordination with customers and colleagues across departments • You manage solution upgrades and expansion for existing clients • Through close customer engagement, you help continuously improve our product and processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in digital (multi-)project management, ideally with a proven track record of successful projects • A structured and organized way of working, even under pressure; used to juggling multiple tasks simultaneously • Clear and confident communication with C-level stakeholders, even in tense situations • Willingness to travel to customer sites • Native or bilingual in French, confident in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment • Experience in the automotive or software industries is a plus but not required
