📋 Description

• Responsible for our Spanish customers and take care of all communication • Introducing an innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries • Responsible for the training of the operational managers (remotely/on site) for our product usage • Identify possible “stumbling blocks” in the onboarding project and eliminate them in coordination with customers and your colleagues from other areas • In charge of upgrading our solution for existing clients • Help to continuously improve our product and processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, ideally with proof of your own successful projects • A structured and clean way of working, even in stressful situations: you are used to keep several balls in the air • Clear and confident communication at C-level, even in a tense environment • Willingness to travel to our customers • Native or bilingual in Spanish, confident in business English • Experience in the automotive or software environment is the cherry on the cake, but not a must
