📋 Description

• Identify and engage prospective tenants through email marketing campaigns, cold calls, and other strategic marketing efforts. • Assist in drafting and negotiating lease terms and agreements for new and renewing leases, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market conditions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing leasing-related inquiries and concerns promptly. • Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to inform and enhance leasing strategies. • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to attract tenants,... • Support Asset Management Executives in preparing and reviewing Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, amendments, and other related legal documents. • Work closely with property managers, asset managers, and tenants to optimize occupancy and revenue. • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. • Organize and maintain leasing files, databases, and records to ensure efficient access and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. • Minimum of 5 years of related experience. • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (both written and verbally) within all levels of the organization.... • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision. • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. • Must possess a strong work ethic. • Must be a team player. • Yardi experience a plus.
