📋 Description
• Analyzes, evaluates, and implements changes in support of Epic Resolute Professional Billing • Responsible for planning, design, development, and configuration of all Resolute Professional Billing applications • Liaison to the IT Epic support team and operational departments to determine requirements • Responsible for assigned Professional Billing Epic Remedy tickets • Provides go-live support during Epic implementation, upgrades, and new build enhancements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Required • Epic Revenue Cycle Proficiency: Professional Billing Application, PB CDM, PB Charge Capture, PB Charge Router, claims and remittance preferred • 5+ years of clinical, healthcare operations, and healthcare information technology experience • Experience in a healthcare setting • Ability to document business processes and manage large projects
