📋 Description

• Manage and optimize HubSpot, including workflows, campaign setup, segmentation, and reporting • Improve lead management processes, including routing, data structure, and campaign measurement • Partner with Sales Operations to maintain accurate CRM integration and data consistency • Execute and optimize paid campaigns across priority channels, tracking performance against key metrics • Build and deploy marketing emails that support campaigns, events, and nurture programs • Build and maintain dashboards and reports across HubSpot, CRM, and paid platforms • Coordinate and execute trade shows and events from planning through follow-up • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve consistency through automation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related B2B role • Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology company environment • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform • Familiarity with paid media, email marketing, CRM systems, and reporting • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics • Ability to collaborate across teams and improve processes
