📋 Description

• We are looking for a SaaS Project Manager to join a U.S.-based tech company focused on B2B SaaS solutions. • This role involves leading software implementations, coordinating with technical teams, and providing daily follow-up with corporate clients. • Plan and execute SaaS projects, defining scope, timelines, resources, and budget. • Daily follow-up with B2B clients and risk management to ensure milestone achievement. • Detect and manage scope creep. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure successful deliveries. • Functional understanding of software configuration (coding not required). • Maintain constant communication with key stakeholders (B2B client and CRO). • Ensure quality assurance and participate in hands-on testing when necessary. • Resolve conflicts and make data-driven decisions. • Propose improvements to optimize project execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing software or SaaS platform projects. • Experience planning and executing end-to-end projects, coordinating technical teams, and collaborating with B2B clients. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar. • Basic understanding of platform configuration (programming not required). • Fluent English and availability to work full-time in EST hours. • Previous experience in SaaS, BPO, or telecommunications is a plus.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time). • 100% remote work (contractor). • Salary in USD.
